At Wood Hudson, we are dedicated to the discovery of new knowledge regarding the causes, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cancer. We examine human cancer tissues microscopically for different biomarkers that can potentially be targets for anti-cancer therapies. Our findings are published in international peer-reviewed scientific journals. This research is highly relevant in the fight against cancer.
Wood Hudson provides student internships to college students as participants in our Undergraduate Research Education Program. The students are paid hourly for their work. They assist senior level scientists and are mentored by these scientists as they work side by side in our laboratories. The research experience is indispensable as these students become our future doctors and scientists.
As an independent, not-for-profit, publicly supported 501(c)(3) organization, Wood Hudson relies on donor support to accomplish its mission, "The Conquest of Cancer Through Research." Thank you for your involvement in this important work.
